Features in electric control system
95% of the whole machine electric elements use international famous brands. The control centre uses German Simons PLC and colorful touching screen. Each team has touching screen set up and PLC only control and connects to the data of the control center. All working parameters’ set up and display are completed on the touching screen quickly and obviously. Each phase of the printing units and length, width and height of the box in the slotting unit are positioned by transducer timing controlled by PLC with highly accurate positioning. There is auto computerized zero adjustment and printing position memory during wiping and auto restoration available. It can restore to the origin shut-down position so that it can reduce adjusting time. The system has higher reliability and lower failure. The main motor adopts transducer speed regulation, stable and energy saving. The quantity of orders is 999, and if it is connected to the computer, the number will increase greatly; what is more, it can manage the clients’ orders and printing the report form. It can be maintained and the parameter can be reworked.

Paper feeding unit
Applies vacuum absorption auxiliary back-kick paper feeding system; the absorption force is adjustable to different cardboard thickness and absorbs the cardboard onto the feeding table., then enters into the printing section smoothly.
With computerized adjustment on the side wall, quick adjustment and accurate position.
The upper paper-feeding roller is wrapped with wearable rubber and subject to balance alignment; the lower paper-feeding roller is patterned and chrome plated.
Production number setting device is fitted, needs no manual accounting.
Has interval paper feeding device (continuous or interval manner is optional). Convenient for large-sized cardboard printing.
When auto 0 position return device is used for ordinary cartons, the position can be correctly adjusted by mean of trial printing two pieces of cartons, thus reduces the waste of the cartons.
Has brush, can remove the impurities on the cardboard to improve printing quality.
The functions on the control panel are clear and centralized. Easy to operation.
All the working parameters’ set and display are completed on the touching screen with quick adjustment and accurate position.
Printing unit

Applies hanging plate printing system, easy for plate changing; and has pedal switch, easy for plate hanging.
Has anilox roller plus paper feeding system, auto lifting device ( in feeding anilox roller drops and contacts with printing plate, whereas in stop, it rises to separate from the printing plate)
The circumferential adjustment of the printing platen applies planetary gear structure.
The printing phase can besubjected to a 360 degree adjustment by means of a transducer, a touch screen control or in an electric numeral way (in both running and stop status)
The inking roller uses wearable high-precision rigid chrome anilox roller.
The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel pipe with wearable rubber, and has good ink transfer effect.
The transverse position can be adjusted, with total distance adjustable from right to left being 10mm.
Slotting unit

The length width and height of the slotting unit adopt PLC transducer position.
The equipment of the double cutter axle can reduce the time of the order changing. No need of changing cutters when to process bigger paper chests. With high precision.
The phase can remember its set position after random adjustment. The operation of pressing the line and slotting can be preset.
The adjustment of pressing the line and slotting are both guided on the precise screw and linearity guiding track, to make sure the accurate position of the slot and pressing line and the long service life of the cutters.
Die cutting unit

The rubber roller is designed as folded rubber cushion, providing convenience and ease for removal , installation and replacement.
The rubber roller can move axially 50mm leftward and rightward, controlled by an automatic control system to ensure a steady and reliable movement.
A frequency converter is adopted at the phase position of the die cutter unit. The touching screen adjustment. Order forms can be stored in the system.
A pneumatical system is used to control the spacing between the die roller and the rubber roller
A speed difference offsetting device is adopted that can automatically adjust the rotation speed of the rubber roller so that the die-cutting carton has exactly the same shape as the die shape.
